Last of the Summer Pics

Pulled out this bad boy from the garage and he's been loving it ever since. Too bad he can't quite reach the floor on it yet.
Brian and I snuck off to the pig races with Ty and Nikki for a night.  Ty was the big winner with the side bets.  Turns out he's a professional when it comes to pigs.

Last week I went in to grab Keaton from his nap and found him like this.  It's all over from here.  He's a big boy now.

Beating the heat and diaper rash letting it all air out.

Keaton's 7 month picture with his puppy dog.  We missed the 5 month because we were home sick and the 6 month because Mom forgot.  Oops!
I pull myself up on everything now.
We went out to visit our buddy Jack a couple weeks ago.
Nothing like cruising on my bug mobile.

We went to Canyon Ferry to hang with some of my college friends.  We rented a "cabin" and hung out with the girl's and their kiddos.  I had a picture of the said cabin but I don't know what happend during the download but we got made fun of a lot for our cabin.  If anyone has ever seen "Welcome to Myrtle Manor", it looked a lot like that.  It was a trailer but it did the trick.

This is Finn.  He's about 2 1/2 months younger than Keaton and will hopefully be good friends once they get a little older.  We just need to make an effort to see each other more!

This is Finn's brother Brooks.  He was ready to go home.  He'd had enough camping for one weekend.

We've had a crawler since the 6 month mark.  He is all over the place these days and into everything within reach.

Alan and Keaton ready for a ride.

Tori, my Mom, and the kids went to South Dakota for a few days while they were here.  They went to Flintstone land and brought Keaton back this sweet Bam Bam onesie.
 No more photos please.
Kya and Keaton sporting their Bucking Horse Sale shirts.
Ryker sporting his hat that he searched high and low for.  He was very particular about what he wanted.
Enjoying the festivities at the Golva parade.  Who new Golva was a hot spot.  They had a 100 year celebration for the Bank of Golva complete with a parade, bounce houses and a pot luck.  We opted out of the pot luck but enjoyed the rest of the festivities.  Tori and I even got to have a beer because we camped outside the Golva Bar and we had Grandma there to be DD.

Randoms

 First taste of real food, B A N A N A S!  Whoop whoop!  Delish!
I tried to get a pic of his two little teeth he now has but it was pretty tough to keep him still and hold his mouth open.  But they popped through at about 5 1/2 months after quite a long time of chewing and chewing and chewing.

 Whoa, just a little tipsy.

Hitting up the creek in Wibaux.

Cousin Aubrey came to visit so Grandma and Grandpa were in town.

Keaton's Baptismal Weekend

Great Grandma & Grandpa made the trip down for Keaton's baptism.

 Four generations of Schlepp's

We had to have a little photo shoot before church.  You don't get all of us dressed up too often.
Looking pretty sharp in his suit!

Grandma & Grandpa posing with the little man on his big day.

And now for his other suit, his birthday suit.  Who knew that was appropriate church attire?!

 Tada!

And the lighting of baptismal candle.

Megan and Jeff, thanks for taking all the other pics Megan
Keaton's baptism date won't be hard to remember since he shared it with Ty's birthday weekend.  Amanda Begger made Ty this sweet Bronco's cake and Keaton the cross.  Both were lovely and extra delicious!

Posing with the cakes before we devoured them.
When you get this old you need a little help blowing out your candles!
